HARSH BROWN CENTURY

Ingredients:

  • 2 harsh browns

  • 2 eggs

  • Pressed fresh cheese

 

For creole sauce:

  • 1 small onion sliced

  • 1 small tomato sliced

  • Pinch of oregano

  • 1 clove garlic grated

  • Pinch black pepper

  • Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add all the creole sauce ingredients cook till onions and tomatoes are soft. Set aside.
2. Fry harsh brown.
3. Top with sunny side egg follow by creole sauce and last cheese.
