WATERMELON MINT LEMONADE

Ingredients:

1 lemon
-
5 mint leaves
-
1/2 cup frozen watermelon
-
1 tbsp sugar
-
5 ice cubes
Method:
In a blender put lemon juice, sugar, ice cubes, frozen watermelon and 4 mint leaves. Blend till smooth. Serve and garnish with mint leaf and frozen watermelon cube.
PINEAPPLE GINGER JUICE
Ingredients:
-
1 cup pineapple
-
2 inch ginger peeled
-
1 glass of water
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
2 tbsp sugar O adjust to taste
-
Mint leaves for garnishing
Method:
In a blender put in pineapple and ginger blend for a minute. Add water sugar lemon juice blend well.
Strain and cool.
Serve with ice and mint leaves.
